The SeaI/O-410E offers flexible digital I/O over Ethernet for industrial monitoring, automation, and control. It features 16 optically isolated inputs that accept 5–30VDC signals—ideal for interfacing with sensors, switches, or external logic systems. The 16 Form A Reed relay outputs provide long-life switching for low-current devices like alarms, lights, or signaling equipment.
Inputs and outputs are arranged into four-bit segments with shared commons, making wiring organized and efficient. Terminal blocks are removable for ease of installation, maintenance, or replacement.
Communication with the module is achieved via the Modbus TCP protocol, making it interoperable with a wide range of PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial controllers. Alternatively, developers can integrate control using Sealevel's SeaMAX API, supported on Windows and Linux.
The unit is powered by 9–30VDC, allowing deployment in control cabinets, machinery, or edge computing nodes. SeaI/O-410E is also field-expandable—connect up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series modules via the pass-through connectors for more I/O without reworking the infrastructure.
For remote or mobile control, Sealevel also offers an iOS Modbus Connect app, perfect for system validation, field diagnostics, and setup.
